Pelagus collection is a series with a graceful contemporary expression. Pelagus Lounge Chair is designed for laidback days of sun and sociability. At home on a leafy porch or by the pool on a hotel terrace. The lounge chair has a solid teak frame that evokes a classic Scandinavian typology while the weatherproof Sling fabric seat brings a modern edge with its lightness and transparency. The angle of the seat is perfectly reclined for whiling away the hours and the wooden armrests are wide enough for a drink or a book.
The Pelagus Lounge Chair can be further enhanced with the addition of an optional cushion covered in exclusive Sunbrella woven fabric. The cushion is weatherproof, durable, and made of foam with an open-cell structure that allows water to pass through while holding its shape and remaining firm year after year.

Teak is a heavy, hard and sturdy type of wood. The high content of natural oils makes it highly resistant, perfect for functional everyday items in your home such as household articles and furniture. Skagerak FSC™-certified Teak comes from Brazil, Panama, Costa Rica and Indonesia. As the wood is untreated the surface will patina and change color over time into a beautiful silvery grey. To maintain untreated wood, it is a good idea to use sandpaper (grit 120-150) once or twice a year.
