what is the lead time on my order?
Lead-times can vary depending on the item ordered. Some items are in-stock and ship immediately, while others are made to order with lead-times of 8-12 weeks or more.
do you sell licensed authentic designs or are they knock-offs?
We only sell authorized and licensed products from the original manufacturers and view knock-offs as illegal.
what does "quick ship" mean?
Quick-ship means an item is in-stock and ready to ship.
can i request expedited shipping for an additional fee?

All items ship from our portland warehouse or from partner warehouses and factories in the u.s. and europe.
