To make shopping easier and faster, hivemodern.com allows you to create a hive accountusing your name, phone number, and email address. Once you’ve set up a password, the system saves your information so that future orders are quick and seamless — simply log in and we’ll take care of the rest.
From time to time, hive works with trusted third-party companies to help us deliver products and services to you. Where necessary, we may share your personal information with these partners — for example, providing your shipping details to carriers so your order arrives efficiently. Any information shared with third parties is limited to what is needed to fulfill your order, and we require all partners to safeguard your information in accordance with our privacy standards.

Requests made through the form receive a request number you can use to follow up. We will need to verify your identity before acting on a request, typically by matching the details you provide against the information in your account or order records. You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf; we may ask the agent for proof of authorization and may still ask you to verify your identity directly. We will respond within 45 days, and will let you know if we need more time.
Newsletter discount. We offer a discount on a first order in exchange for subscribing to our email newsletter with your email address. We use the address to send the newsletter and to honor the discount. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any newsletter email, and you may still request deletion of your information as described above. We have not sold personal information for money in the preceding twelve months.
