Overlapping wood drawer and door fronts give the collection its name, while the white washed maple finish and scene stealing legs bring the visual charisma. The Lap Collection includes dressers and cabinets in a variety of sizes and options.

* Orange and White Legs: Powdercoated steel plate
* Maple Legs: Solid white washed maple
* Black: Solid stained ash wood door/drawer fronts, ash veneer tops and side panels
* Black Legs: Solid ash legs with black stain
* Doors have self-closing hardware for smooth & silent closure
* Adjustable foot glides
* Cable management openings at back

Blu Dot was formed in 1997 when John Christakos, Maurice Blanks, and Charlie Lazor commiserated about the lack of high-quality, affordable home furnishings that also appealed to their modernist aesthetics.
