I have purchased 6 of these lamps over the years. They are the most versatile, modern ,and minimal lamps I have purchase. I move them around and sometimes group a few of them together and sometimes use them individually. Easy to move to any location and looks great.
The May Day lamp has a nice glow and it beckons to be moved around from floor to take to a hook on the wall. The lamp is attractive from every angle. I do wish the materials were just a touch sturdier. The handle is made of thick polypropylene but the cone shade seems a bit lighter in gauge. Definitely a fun lamp but still has a bit of a plastic feel. Still, for the price and design aspect, I'd take the May Day Lamp over many other alternatives.
Simple elegant, purpose-driven design. Also, durable, versatile, and effective. I have two of these Mayday lamps, with high lumen LED bulbs, hanging from the rafters in a garden shed. They're beautiful.
