masters stool

Design Philippe Starck & Eugeni Quitllet, 2013
Modified batch-dyed polypropylene
Made in Italy by Kartell

After the success of the Masters chair, winner of prestigious awards like the Good Design Award 2010 and the Gold Dot Award 2013, and which has already become a style icon around the world, Kartell is now proposing a stool version. The legs are lengthened and the seat made smaller, but the structure's unmistakeable graphic look, with the woven lines of the three famous chairs that have marked the history of design, remains the same. Available in two heights and a range of vibrant colors, ideal for home or contract sales, Masters stool is also at ease outdoors.

As one of the best-known contemporary designers in the world, Philippe Starck has placed honesty and integrity at the core of his designs producing quality products with longevity & durability. He seems to understand, better than others our dreams, our desires, our needs, and our responsibility to the future, as well as the overriding need to respect his fellow citizens by making his work a political and civic act.
