"The main purpose of my work is to provoke people into using their imagination."
-Verner Panton
Verner Panton originally developed the Panthella lamp in partnership with Louis Poulsen in 1971. He originally wanted to have Panthella launched with a metal shade, but this was not technologically possible at that time. Louis Poulsen is now launching a new size in-between the Mini (250) and Classic (400) version of the iconic Panthella lamp with a diameter of 12.6" - scaled down from the standard 15.7" size.
The Panthella 320 Table Lamp emits a soft and comfortable light. The hemispherical acrylic (opal shade) provides a diffused light distribution. The material used ensures the majority of light is spread diffusely in the room from the surface of the shade. On/off in-line switch on cord.
17.2" h | shade: 12.6" dia. | base: 7.9" dia. | cord: 96" | 3.3 lbs | UL listed | IP20
light source: 1 x 10W E12 G16.5 bulb (not included)
