Generic is an ambitious project of deeply ethical connotations, in which new objectives are defined for contemporary design to fulfill and creativity is seen in the light of a public service. Thanks to a creative concept by Philippe Starck, Kartell identifies the "generics" of community seating. Hence the launch of Generic A, a chair designed for office environments and available in different matte and soft touch finishes: it is defined by a high seatback, wide armrests and a functional design.
As one of the best-known contemporary designers in the world, Philippe Starck has placed honesty and integrity at the core of his designs producing quality products with longevity & durability.
Genric A is sold in sets of two chairs of the same color. It can stack up to 5 chairs high and suitable for outdoor use.
