Made in Italy by Bensen

The Able Table is a family of tables. The tables offer a variety of solutions in size and materials by using cast aluminum legs and aluminum rails to support a variety of top options. The versatility takes the Ables anywhere in the home - dining, living, bedrooms, and eventually outdoors...

The thin beveled edge adds visual lightness, while the aluminum frame gives strength. Wood top is veneer with a solid wood edge and the frame is available in graphite and is extremely lightweight. Polaris is smooth and velvety to the touch. it is highly resistant to scratches & heat, as well as being anti-fingerprint. The curious combination of durability and velvet smoothness makes Polaris the ideal choice for ultra contemporary projects.

Niels Bendtsen

Bendtsen gained valuable skills and a respect for hand-built traditions as an apprentice, and was intrigued by new technologies. Between 1963 and 1972, Bendtsen had his own retail store where he sold imported Scandinavian designs. He designed small items for the store, but it wasn't until he was in his early thirties that he truly began designing furniture.
The Bensen philosophy balances simplicity and honesty. Designer Niels Bendtsen trained as an apprentice with his father building Scandinavian furniture and gained skills & respect for hand built traditions.
