The Pip-e series consists of side chair, armchair and table. The polypropylene construction allows for the versatile series to be used either indoors or outdoors. The curved, simple design provides a soft and elegant feel while its ability to stack (up to 4 pieces) makes it a perfect addition to any space, public or private. Available as a side chair or armchair in your choice of monobloc colors.
As one of the best-known contemporary designers in the world, Philippe Starck has placed honesty and integrity at the core of his designs producing quality products with longevity & durability. He seems to understand better than others our dreams, our desires, our needs, and our responsibility to the future, as well as the overriding need to respect his fellow citizens by making his work a political and civic act.
The Pip-e series is also part of Driade's "Black is the new Green", a capsule collection composed of iconic chairs and armchairs entirely made of recycled plastic material. This collection is made of material which comes from industrial recycling, partly from internal production waste, and therefore controlled, and partly from post-consumer recycling, i.e. from products disposed of with separate collection - such as PET bottles - and recycled thus giving life to new objects. All products made with this material are characterized by neutral colors - such as black specifically - which makes them homogeneous.
Sold in sets of four chairs of the same color.
