The award-winning BFF Sofa by Marcel Wanders is everyone's new best friend! A high quality, soft yet firm modular sofa system, consisting of a wide variety of modules for endless configurations.
The quilted appearance of the BFF sofa is inspired by the capitone technique, loosely based on the Chesterfield style, with its characteristic deep buttoned upholstery. The capitone technique in the BFF sofa is blown-up, so one fragment becomes a full module.
The technique synonymous with elegance and class, and with its modern approach, the modular BFF sofa is a timeless eyecatcher that radiates great comfort. BFF is available in an endless possibility of configurations. The BFF sofa offered online includes one chaise longue element and one dormeuse element. Marcel Wanders
Marcel Wanders first drew international recognition for his Knotted Chair produced by the Dutch design brand Droog. The Knotted Chair has since been acquired by the permanent collection of the MoMA.
Moooi is named for the Dutch word for 'beautiful'. The third 'O' in the name stands for extra value in beauty. The Moooi design process is lead by Marcel Wanders in collaboration with other notable designers.
