from Blu Dot
new standard 104" sofa
Design Blu Dot
Kiln-dried American hardwood frame, steel legs, foam, upholstery
Made by Blu Dot
Sometimes it is not about starting from scratch, but rather revisiting past designs and making them better. The New Standard modern 104" sofa is simplicity at its best with a twist. Wide arms and inviting loose cushions all come together with tuned proportions and show stopping legs. The New Standard series is offered in four fabrics, two leathers, two leg finishes and an array of shapes to suit any space.
* Kiln-dried American hardwood frame, doweled & corner blocked for added strength
* High resiliency foam cushions with feather down wrap provide a mix of firm support & comfort
* With use, the sofa will take on a more casual appearance.
* To promote even wear over time, we recommend fluffing & flipping the cushions frequently after use
* Powder-coated steel legs
* Fifth support leg at center
* Assembly required

Blu Dot was formed in 1997 when John Christakos, Maurice Blanks and Charlie Lazor commiserated about the lack of high-quality affordable home furnishings that appealed to their modernist aesthetics. They began as college friends trying to fill a void in the marketplace and have endured with highly-original products that join whimsy with practicality. The company thrives on collaboration and prides itself on having full control, taking care of each step from design to manufacturing and retailing.
