A few years ago we bought the orange chairs from Herman Miller and I absolutely love them! I wanted to add the white ones to our collection, so I decided to order them this year. The only thing I wasn't happy about with this purchase was the condition of one of the chairs when I received them. The legs of the bottom chair were poking through the box and as a result the leg bottoms are scraped up. I'm guessing this is more a delivery issue than a manufacturing issue, but regardless I was somewhat disappointed.
i purchased a set of 4 chairs in orange. bright and beautiful. after a few years of outdoor use, leaving them in the garage during winter months, the orange color faded to a dull light pink color. very ugly. i would not purchase these chairs unless you can afford to replace them when the original color disappears.
