The Companions family of furniture is designed to support daily life. Companions Writing Desk is a slim solid wood desk with a cork bowl for wires and plugs, and a top that can close to hide away papers and laptops. Designed by Studioilse and manufactured by De La Espada for the Studioilse brand.

The timber is sustainably harvested and the farms are methodically cared for, ensuring exceptionally strong planks of the highest quality. Mortise and tenon joints, dovetailing and lap joints combined with slow-drying wood glue that seeps deep into the fibres of the solid wood create strong, unbreakable bonds adding long life to every piece of furniture.

Available in American black walnut, American white oak, or European Ash in a range of finishes. Comes with one cork bowl with hook which can be specified at time of order for the right or left hand side as preferred. The underside of the hinged tabletop is also cork.
