The lightweight, injection-molded polypropylene frame and steel tube base and arms lends this indoor and outdoor stacking chair endless utility. Available in both a side and armchair format, it comes in a variety of finishes.
Marcel Wanders grew up in Boxtel, the Netherlands and graduated cum laude from the School of the Arts Arnhem in 1988. His fame started with the iconic Knotted Chair in 1996. He is now designing for the biggest European contemporary design manufacturers including Moooi of which he is also art director and co-owner. He works on architectural, interior design and consumer home appliances. His designs have been selected for the most important design collections and exhibitions around the world.
The Polypropylene Troy chair features polypropylene seat and back in your choice of colors. The base is offered either in white, black or chrome. Troy chair stacks 6 high and also available without arms.

Marcel Wanders
Marcel Wanders first drew international recognition for his Knotted Chair produced by the Dutch design brand Droog. The Knotted Chair has since been acquired by the permanent collection of the MoMA.
