KD28 Table Lamp
by Joe Colombo from Kartell
kd28 table lamp
Design Joe Colombo, 1967
Recycled PMMA
Made by Kartell
Kartell's past and present merge in the form of the KD28 lamp by Joe Colombo, which assumes a new lease of life and returns to the Kartell Lighting range. First introduced back in 1967, this lamp still maintains its original innovative spirit but has been adapted to modern-day needs by the use of advanced materials and technology. It is now made from recycled materials and boasts a satin-finish shade that projects a warmer, more enveloping light. Attention to detail has provided a fabric-covered power cable in the same color as the base. Drawing on a rich past but with a clear focus on the future, the renewed KD28 is therefore a perfect symbol of Kartell's stylistic and creative continuity.
9.8" diameter | 9.1" h | light source: requires 1x e12 bulb
