Introducing SuperWire: a modular collection with a futuristic feel, designed by Formafantasma for Flos.
A paradigm of sculptural beauty, SuperWire is conceived as a collection, made of hexagonal modules of flat glass panels, joined by polished aluminum. Its surface emits warm, indirect lighting using a custom thin and flexible LED strip developed by Flos. Designed for repair, the LED light strips, glass panels, and aluminum components can be easily taken out for replacement.
Available in table and floor models: the floor lamp consists of two 29.5-inch (75 cm) modules stacked vertically on a steel tripod, a nod to Achille and Pier Giacomo Castiglioni's iconic Luminator design.
