oskar bookshelf lamp
Design Ingo Maurer, 1998
Anodized aluminum, flexible metal arm, reflector with protective glass
Made in Germany by Ingo Maurer
The Oskar lamp is designed as a bookend or to discretely hide amongst the books. A flexible metal arm enables variable adjustment of the lamp head. Anodized aluminum, reflector with protective glass. It provides punctual light for large and small shelves. The power cable is extra long, allowing you to place it in large shelf units. It also works well on small desks.
Ingo Maurer started to design exceptional lamps, lighting systems, and objects beginning in the middle of the 1960s, which his company produces and distributes worldwide. Manual production by hand is an integral part of their corporate philosophy and all Ingo Maurer designs have been hand-made in their production facility in Munich, Germany since 1970.
7.5" d | approximately 13" h | cord: 157.5" | bulb: integrated 6w LED (700 lumens / 2700K)
