The KN Collection is a family of armchairs available with either a low-back, generously scaled swivel lounge chair which offers comfort without the bulk. Or with as a high-back swivel lounge chair, perfect for prolonged sitting and relaxation. The ottoman completes the set. The collection is available with a polished aluminum or painted charcoal swivel base as well as a selected range of fabric or leather.
After receiving his degree in architecture form the Milan Polytecnic, Piero Lissoni worked as a furniture designer before founding his own studio in 1986, specializing in architecture, interior and graphic design. He has collaborated with furniture companies, worked on a number of architecture projects in Japan and worked on design projects that have included a shopping center, an art gallery, a Cordon Bleu cooking school, logos and trademarks. He has received numerous awards including the Chicago Athenaeum 2002 Good Design ®Award for the Divina collection.
The KN low-back lounge chair has a curved silhouette and aluminum base. Its balanced proportions deliver a compact footprint and inviting form ideal for modern living, meeting and community spaces. It features a low back 360° degree swivel lounge chair equipped with a return to center system and suspension mechanism that enhances comfort and makes getting in and out easy: the chair lowers slightly when you sit and raises when you stand.
