The padding on the chair is absolutely minimal, and (worse) the back of the chair is several inches shorter than most other chairs. Its ergonomics are so poor that my spouse now has back pain from it, and we put our old chair back in its place. It took us about a week to figure out how bad it was (we do like the color and the design looks nice), and of course don't have the original packaging (who in a small house keeps a big empty box for a week or more?). As a result, Hive won't take it back. Disappointing.
