Taking inspiration from one of Lucian Ercolani's archived designs - the Von 427 chair, which originally launched in 1956. The new Von collection, by Hlynur V. Atlason, offers a response to this design that is fit for the 21st Century. Reflecting an increasing fluidity between the modern home, workspace and hospitality settings, the Von Collection is part of the evolution of how we see furniture design in the present day.
The VON chair features solid ash and is offered in a range of different fabrics, leathers and finishes. The VON collection is designed to bring comfort, warmth and a natural pallet to places that traditionally lack in this sensibility. Yet without compromising any of the functionality that we have come to expect from furniture used in a contract setting. The VON collection can be configured to meet human needs at home, at work and at play.
