A sofa that embodies the spirit of 1970s design with a thoughtful approach to materials and longevity. Dudet Bold is the natural evolution of the chair designed by Patricia Urquiola in 2021 and the loveseat introduced in 2024, enhancing comfort by enlarging the three distinctive upholstered elements: a roomy seat cushion and two sinuous tubular supports that, in one continuous line, create legs, armrests and backrest.
The Dudet family, established in 2021 with the dining armchair, quickly became a contemporary icon thanks to its refined proportions. Expanded in 2024 with the lounge armchair and loveseat, and completes its living room offering with a sofa that maintains the same versatility and strong stylistic reference to the 1970s. Designed to provide an extra-large sense of comfort, the three distinctive upholstered elements are scaled up while retaining the sinuous, continuous line that defines the collection.
Dudet Bold is also well suited to hospitality environments. The steel structure can be separated from the polyurethane foam padding, produced with a percentage of bio-based polyols, to facilitate disassembly and recycling of the materials. The upholstery is also removable, thanks to a zipper, available in grey or black, that runs along the internal arch of the legs.
