finished leather (A)
Finished leather is soft, supple, and hardwearing. A corrected grain leather, it is water resistant and easy to clean making it suitable for a wide range of applications. The natural cowhide undergoes a retannage process in addition to being treated with technically advanced finishing formulas to create a protective barrier against spillage and staining.
jade - DLE (A)
Design, Sahco for Kvadrat
45% cotton, 30% viscose, 25% polyester, 20,000 Martindale

The irregular chequerboard design of Jade lends the fabric an animated and lively character due to the combination of soft matte chenille yarn and smooth shiny polyester in the warp and weft. The effect is that of an embossed upholstery fabric which gives surface interest to a clear plain color and feels soft to the touch.
natural grain leather (B)
The natural grain of this cow hide leather is preserved, the surface lightly buffed. The hides, chosen for their more uniform surface, will contain natural grain variations and may contain other small marks such as scars, lending each piece individuality and character. The hide is through-dyed then finished with pigmented and protective coats, producing a waxy feel and semi-matte appearance. This leather is soft, hardwearing, and low-maintenance.
sunniva 3 - DLE (B)
Design, Raf Simons & Fanny Aronsen for Kvadrat
58% new wool, 25% viscose, 8% linen, 5% nylon, 4% polyester, 50,000 Martindale

Bringing a painterly use of color to the interior, Sunniva blends colors and surface textures to create a fabric that from a distance appears to be a rich, even tone, but close-to, reveals something more complex. Each colorway brings together two tones of wool, woven into a fine, tweed-like pattern which is then given a glossy sheen due to the linen-viscose yarn. Sunniva 3 is offered in thirty-five sophisticated colors. Alongside a wide selection of neutrals and basics is a warm group of soft browns and clay and brick tones as well as a cooler selection of greys and greens, ranging from light aqua to dark forest. Additional hues of pink and dark red are also included creating a palette that is grown up, masculine and elegant.
balder 3 - DLE (B)
Design, Fanny Aronsen for Kvadrat
68% wool, 6% nylon, 26% cotton, 100,000 Martindale

The subtly variegated colors of Balder bring an inviting softness to upholstered furniture. Originally designed by Fanny Aronsen and re-colored by Raf Simons, Balder is woven from several different tones of thread in an apparently irregular weave pattern that creates subtle fluctuations in color across the surface of the fabric. Ranging from fresh and directional to reassuringly classic and rich, the key colorways of Balder are based around greens, greys, purples, pinks and yellow. In some instances the base color is combined with a top note color (in one a pink is woven together with a vibrant orange, in another with a vibrant green) with refreshing, but surprisingly understated results.
avalon 2 - DLE (C)
Design, Sahco for Kvadrat
100% Trevira CS, 100,000 Martindale

Sahco’s much loved basic, the Avalon velvet, returns with an expanded palette of forty pastel and brighter hues. The piece dyed fabric retains its unique glossy surface that is almost reminiscent of silk as well as its flame retardant properties.
vidar 4 - DLE (C)
Design, Fanny Aronsen & Raf Simons for Kvadrat Textiles
94% new wool, 6% nylon

Welcoming, sensuous and high performing, this tightly-woven and evenly-distributed woolen bouclé designed by Fanny Aronsen for Kvadrat has a stunning color palette to offer that have been reimagined by Raf Simons. Vidar’s gentle, satin-like surface is contrasted by deep undertones, achieving richness and intensity from the nature-inspired colors. With a softness that contrasts its durability and a manifold of shades to choose from, Vidar is interior designers’ first choice in many professional settings.
fuse - DLE (C)
Design, Raf Simmons for Kvadrat
65% new wool, worsted, 23% cotton, 8% viscose, 4% nylon, 100,000 Martindale

The densely woven wool and cotton blend of Fuse creates a close pattern of ribbed stripes in which the weave creates rows of stitch-like patterning. Because the stripes of Fuse are fragmented rather than solid, the two colors in the textile meld, creating a subtle mid color when seen across a larger surface. This fusing of the colors mellows even apparently sharp combinations such as the autumnal orange on charcoal, or a zesty yellow on beige. It also brings complexity to combinations of forest greens or cream tones. The lighter colorways may include foreign fibers adding to its richness and vibrancy. While the color palette of Fuse relates strongly to those of Pulsar and Reflex, the almost blended colors of this stripe design allow for particularly rich color associations when used in combination with other textiles in the collection.
sonar 3 - DLE (C+)
Design, Raf Simmons for Kvadrat
59% new wool 25% viscose 9% linen 5% nylon 2% polyester, 20,000 Martindale

Based on the fine suiting tweeds used in high fashion garments, Sonar 3 presents a complex and sophisticated mixture of colors and texture. The textile’s dominant tones are tempered by the inclusion of complementary and contrasting colors to produce a subtle and elegant overall effect. Inspired by the distinctive combinations of color associated with 1950s cinema, fashion and interiors, tobacco browns come spiked with polar white and duck egg blue; three tones of grey are lifted by soft white laced with thin threads of buttercup yellow and black. Powdery greens, blues and pinks take on an added dimension with fine threads of black, white and red.
elmo rustical leather (C+)
Aniline leather. Elmorustical has a grain which varies in structure and offers outstanding comfort. It is an Aniline leather with all the distinct features of the natural hide.
