magis baguette table

The Baguette Table is a dining table that is so svelte it seems to float, but it's actually strong enough to hold an entire buffet. French designers Ronan and Ewan Bouroullec created the look with a long, slender top fastened to cast aluminum legs that create the illusion of delicacy.

Baguette for most of us recalls a crusty French loaf, but it was the original definition of the word-"wand"-that inspired this table, which is available in two lengths: 63" and 80". The long, thin top tops are offered in MDF white or black (1"-thick), tempered glass (.47"-thick), American walnut (1" thick) or Italian ardesia slate (.75"-thick). The cast aluminum legs and frame can be polished (indoor use only) or painted white or black (indoor/outdoor).

Please note: All glass tops are suitable for outdoor use. No two products made of natural materials look exactly alike and will also change color with age. Any marks, signs or irregularities that may be visible on the slate or quartzite tops are peculiarities of the natural materials and should not be considered as faults. Stone tops: typical variations may include differenced in hues, veins and crystals. Over time, the color may fade, the surfaces become stained and surface cracks - if not already visible at the time of purchase - may develop. These do not affect the table structure. Quartzite tops are treated with an oil and water repellent treatment. However, being a natural stone and porous by nature, it is strongly recommended to remove stagnant liquids.
