Pratt Institute graduate Lewis Butler, was one of the first designers who came to Knoll specifically to work for the Planning Unit - Florence Knoll's revolutionary design consultancy devoted to office interiors. His tables reflect Florence's attention to detail and design sensibilty, taking simple forms and refining them to perfection.

An early member of the Planning Unit and protege of Florence Knoll, Lewis Butler originally designed this low table in the 1950s. With simple, clean lines, the re-introduction is available with natural oak or ebonized beech legs and white and black high gloss laminate tops. Tops can be specified in either all white, all black or white/black checkered. Also offered in a rectangular version.
