In honor of Hans J. Wegner's 105th birthday on April 2nd, Carl Hansen & son is presenting a previously unseen variant of the Master of Chairs' legendary Wishbone Chair. The unique special edition chair features a walnut frame which has been seamlessly combined with vegetable-tanned goat leather in a deep and vibrant red hue. This version of the Wishbone chair has never before been manufactured.

Carl Hansen & son has selected the combination of walnut and goat leather to achieve a highly exclusive aesthetic as an extraordinary tribute to Hans J. Wegner on the occasion of his birth. The limited-edition Wishbone chair comes fitted with an engraved brass plate featuring Wegner's signature and date of birth.
