The LC8 swivel stool features a structure made entirely from polished AISI 304 stainless steel. The internal structure of the seat and back is steel pre-treated in an electroplating bath and finished in black. Details such as the silver content welding and the use of black PVC foot ends, ensure maximum durability and reliability
in all weather conditions. The cushion insert in water-draining polyurethane, has been developed to facilitate water drainage, avoiding stagnation and the accumulation of liquids, mold and unpleasant odors. The fabric uses a high tenacity polyester yarn, PVC coated. Every stool comes with a protective water repellent cover for use during the winter season.

The "Cassina I Maestri" (Cassina Masters) collection includes some of the most important furniture created by leading figures in the Modern Movement, pieces which have since become landmarks in the evolution of contemporary design.

Early in his career, Charles-Edouard Jeanneret, also known as Le Corbusier, was met with some resistance to his work. Owing to its alleged "revolutionary" nature and the radical look it acquired from its "purist" form. In time, however, it won the recognition it deserved and is still widely admired.

All the models in the Cassina Masters collection, by merit of their artistic content and particular creative character, are protected by copyright. The exclusive reproduction rights have been acquired by Cassina.
