Danish born Cecilie Manz chose design as her living when she began studying at the Danish School of Design in 1992. In 1998, a year after she graduated from school, she started her own studio, Manz Lab, and it's been the center of her work ever since. Cecilie Manz has exhibited all over the world and is permanently represented in the exhibitions of MOMA and the Danish Design Center. She has has been awarded several significant prizes for her conceptual designs.

Minuscule comes fully upholstered in your choice of two Remix fabric exterior shell colors and a variety of Remix fabric interior options. The chair can be specified with or without a hand stitched leather piping. The base is made of reinforced plastic in a neutral grey color with a delicate matte surface.

Cecilie Manz

Cecilie Manz was born in Denmark's Odsherred region on the island of Zealand in 1972. She was admitted to the Danish Design School in Copenhagen and went to Helsinki as an exchange student, studying at the Finnish School of Art and Design. She then worked briefly in Professor Yrjö Wiherheimo's studio in Helsinki before returning to Copenhagen where she founded her own Manz Lab in 1998
