Half vase, half lamp, Giova marks Gae Aulenti's debut in the field of designer lighting. A veritable luminous sculpture in glass, available in two sizes.
Ms. Aulenti worked for the Italian magazine helmed by Ernesto Rogers, Casabella-Continuita. While working with the Muse'Orsay and the new Mus National dart Moderne section, Gea Aulenti was put in charge of renovations as well as the staging of many other temporary exhibits. She has received a number of awards and has designed many products for FontanaArte.
Giova is a table lamp/flower pot. It features a chromed metal base. The middle globe in transparent blown glass and the inner globe in polished white opaline glass. The upper half-sphere is pink blown glass with decorative bubbles. Includes black power cable, plug and switch.
