Previously Giovanni felt that design was an end onto itself, he now has realized it is extremely important how design physically relates to the human element - that ultimate success relies on that interaction. The Mi chair illustrates this shift for him. He wanted the chair to be inviting, and playful - he wanted people to be compelled to touch and interact with it. "When you consider it, you understand or can imagine the physical properties acting upon it - it is a fluid movement, captured in time."

The Mi chair addresses ergonomics, economics, physics, and design - all as equally important partners. The chair is extremely comfortable, and ergonomically versatile. It is affordable, durable, and environmentally responsible. The chairs physical shape and geometry make it extremely efficient structurally. The design is simple, iconic, playful, and approachable.

The Mi chair is fabricated using a completely recyclable thermoplastic polymer, derived as a byproduct of natural gas processing. The chair is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use and has a five year UV block rating. Mi is available in your choice of four colors.
